Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna in oil
  • 1 packet feta cheese with herbs
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 4 tablespoon sauce (arrabiata)
  • 1 point pizza dough
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), dried or fresh, pitted
  • 1 egg yolk, possibly

Instructions

  1. Drain the tuna. Meanwhile, finely dice the feta cheese and onion. Put everything in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and stir together (if you like, you can refine the mixture with additional arrabiata sauce).
  2. Roll out the finished pizza dough from the refrigerated counter to a size of about 40 x 40 cm. If you like, you can of course prepare the dough yourself. Quarter the dough and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Place the filling in the middle of the dough (approx. 2 - 3 tablespoon), fold into a triangle, press the edge together with a fork (if necessary use egg yolk as glue). Brush the pockets with arrabiata sauce and dice the chilli pepper and sprinkle over it. Bake at 200 ° C for 15-20 minutes.
