Instructions

  1. Let the roll of puff pastry defrost for about 10 minutes. Then cut the piece into four parts.
  2. Place a camembert on each quarter. Carefully cut off the top of the camembert with a sharp knife and add the spices to the cheese that is now exposed.
  3. Pull the puff pastry up over the camembert with your fingers and press together. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Place a fire-proof mug with water in the non-preheated oven and bake the 4 puff pastry camemberts for approx. 30 minutes at 180 ° C.
  5. Sprinkle the finished puff pastry camemberts briefly with paprika powder as a decoration and serve immediately.
