Ingredients

  • 250 g turkey schnitzel
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 250 g camembert (s), youn
  • 2 apples, sour
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch chives
  • Salad (various leaf salads)

Instructions

  1. Salt the turkey escalope and fry in the hot oil on both sides. Take out of the pan, let cool down and cut into strips. Cut the camembert into small cubes. Cut the apples (with or without the skin, to taste) into thin wedges. Cut the spring onion with the greens into thin rings and finely cut the chives.
  2. Mix all ingredients carefully. Arrange the lettuce on the plates and top with the camembert and turkey mixture. Mix the crème fraîche, cream, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper into a thick sauce and pour over the salad. Sprinkle with chives.
