Canapes for the Holiday Table (on Crackers)

A quick and easy-to-prepare party snack – canapes with crackers, sausage, cucumbers, and eggs.
Ingredients
- Unsweetened crackers, round – 8 pcs.
- Hunting sausage – 1 pc.
- Boiled eggs – 2 pcs.
- Fresh cucumber – 1 pc.
- Mayonnaise – to taste
- Greens – for decoration
Directions
- For a canapé snack on a festive table, cut a fresh cucumber into circles (8 pieces, according to the number of crackers).
- Peel the boiled eggs and cut them into circles (you need 8 circles).
- Cut the hunting sausage into circles (you need 16 circles).
- Place the crackers on a plate.
- Put egg circles on crackers, cucumber on them.
- Put about 1/3 teaspoon on the cucumber. mayonnaise, put 2 slices of sausage on top.
Decorate canapes on the festive table with herbs.
