Canapes with Salad, on a Cracker

For such canapes on crackers, any salad is suitable, I like to prepare a salad of chicken, processed cheese, eggs, and cucumber for this appetizer.

Ingredients

Boiled or fried chicken – 200 g
Boiled eggs – 2 pcs.
Processed cheese – 1 pc.
Unsweetened cracker
Pickled cucumber – 1 pc.
Fresh cucumber – 1 pc.
Mayonnaise – 3-4 tablespoons

Directions

Chop the boiled meat very finely. Chop the eggs too. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Finely chop the pickled cucumber. Mix meat, pickles, egg, cheese, mayonnaise.
We form the canapes. Place about 1 teaspoon on each cracker. salad. Top with a fresh cucumber cut into rings. The crackers are ready.
Ready-made crackers can be garnished with herbs. This amount of lettuce will be enough for about 30 round crackers.
