Ingredients
- 5 cloves garlic
- 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar

- Peel the garlic and chop as small as possible. Wash and core the peppers, cut very small and stir with the garlic to a paste.
- Crush the cumin in a mortar and stir together with the paprika powder to form a paprika-garlic paste. Add vinegar and oil while stirring, season with salt and pepper and stir until smooth.
- Let stand for at least 2 hours so that the mixture flows through.
