Ingredients

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 100 g ham, diced
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda), rated
  • 500 g tomato (s), passed
  • 10 cannelloni (without pre-cooking)
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms and cut into small cubes. Peel half the onion, cut into small pieces and dice.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion until translucent. Add the mushrooms and diced ham and fry briefly. Whisk the egg, mix with the cream cheese and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Add the mushroom, ham and onion filling to the cream cheese mixture and stir. Fill the cannelloni with the mixture and place in a baking dish. Pour the tomatoes on top and sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Bake the cannelloni in a preheated oven at 185 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 40 minutes.
