- 100 g suar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 100 g butter
- 2 egg (s)
- 200 g flour, (wheat flour)
- 1 packet cardamom, ground (7.5g)
- 125 g chocolate, (dark, noble variety)
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder

- Melt the chocolate with butter and work it together with the other ingredients to form a dough. Shape the mixture into a 4 cm roll and chill for about an hour. Cut the dough into 1 cm thick slices and shape them into balls. Place the balls on a baking sheet with baking paper and bake at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes.
