Ingredients
- 2 medium banana (s)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 onion (s)
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 1 chilli pepper (s), red
- 3 tablespoon tomato paste
- 60 ml red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoon sugar, brown
- 3 clove (s)
- 2 bay leaves
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- soy sauce

- Chop the bananas, chilli, onions and garlic in the Thermomix for 7 seconds on level 5.
- Add sugar and oil and fry for 7 minutes at level 2.5 / 120 ° C. Add the remaining ingredients and reduce for 18 minutes at level 2/100 ° C. Put the cooking basket on top so that the kitchen doesn`t get splashed.
