Ingredients

  • 250 g quark (coarse curd cheese, from the farmer)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 potato (s), boiled, pressed
  • chervil
  • 250 g flour (smooth)
  • 125 ml water
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 125 g butter, melt
  • salt
  • mint

Instructions

  1. Sauté the chopped onion, mix with the breadcrumbs, add the pressed potato, season with salt, chopped chervil and pasta mint, and form small balls.
  2. Pasta dough: Process all ingredients into a smooth dough and leave to rest for about 1/2 hour, roll out, put balls on top, beat in and cut out, boil in salted water and serve with brown (melted) butter.
