  • 200 g hazelnuts
  • 250 g carrot (s)
  • 200 g suar
  • 50 grams flour
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped baking powder

Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites into snow, stir together the yolks and sugar. Peel the carrots and grate finely or coarsely. Mix all other ingredients together. Now carefully fold in the egg white.
  2. Put the dough in a loaf pan and bake at 190 degrees for about 1 hour.
  3. If you want, you can coat the cake with a chocolate icing.
