Carrot Cookies. Fast and Delicious

I decided to bake and was pleasantly surprised that the cookies really turn out to be very tasty and at the same time it is very easy to cook them, even a novice pastry chef can handle it.

Ingredients

250 grams of raw carrots (I took 3 medium-sized pieces).
100 grams of butter.
150 grams of sugar.
1 pack of baking powder (15 grams).
350 grams of flour.

Directions

We first leave the butter to lie down at room temperature for 15-20 minutes, so that it becomes soft. And grind it with sugar.
Peel the carrots, rub on a fine grater and add to the butter with sugar. We mix well.
Pour baking powder and flour into the resulting mass. Knead the dough well. It may stick slightly to your hands – this is normal.
Pinch off small pieces of dough from the main mass and roll them into balls.
Put the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.

The finished biscuits have a beautiful golden color.
