Ingredients

  • 100 g flour
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 500 g carrot (s)
  • 1 medium onion (s), finely diced
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Butter for frying

Instructions

  1. Sift the flour into a bowl. Whisk the eggs, add and stir into a smooth batter. Peel the carrots and grate them into the batter. Add the onion and parsley. Season with salt.
  2. Heat some butter in a pan. Using 2 spoons, put some dough in the pan in portions, shape into small cakes and fry on both sides until golden brown over medium heat.
