- 5 tablespoon vinegar (mango balsamic vinegar)
- 2 tablespoon oil (peanut oil)

- Peel the carrots and grate them finely. Add the peanuts. Carefully season with salt and pepper, as the peanuts are already salty. Fold in the vinegar and oil.
- Goes great with grilled food.
- Tip: As another variant, I like to add some curry powder.
