- 0.5 kg ½ carrot (s)
- 250 ml yogurt, possibly a little more
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves garlic

- Peel and grate the carrots. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the grated carrots in it.
- In a bowl, mix the yoghurt, mayonnaise, salt and the very finely chopped or pressed garlic. Mix the yoghurt mixture with the cooled carrots and serve cold on a serving platter with baguette slices.
