Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ cube yeast, fresh
  • 2 teaspoons fruit sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 175 ml soy milk (soy drink), or other
  • Flour, (whole wheat flour), 2/3 cup
  • 1 cup flour, (wheat flour)
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ curry powder
  • 0.25 ¼ cup parmesan, grated
  • 1 carrot (s), grated
  • 1 small zucchini, grated

Instructions

  1. Warm the milk very slightly, add the sugar and carefully dissolve the yeast in it.
  2. Put the other ingredients in a bowl, add the yeast mixture, stir a little and let rise for about 10 minutes.
  3. Knead the dough (it is very moist and you may have to add a little more flour) and place in an oiled loaf pan (25 cm). Let rise for another 10 minutes.
  4. Bake at 200 ° C for approx. 30-35 minutes.
  5. It just tastes like that. Or topped with lettuce, cheese, sausage, cucumber slices, egg slices, tomatoes, etc. Great as a snack for the children!
