- 2 medium carrot (s)
- 1 small zucchini
- 4 leaves iceberg lettuce
- 75 g yourt (whole milk yourt)
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (lemon vinegar)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon herbs, fresh, (dill, chervil, etc.)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

- Wash and scrape the carrots well, then cut into thin slices. Wash the zucchino, pat dry, cut into thin sticks. Wash the iceberg lettuce and pluck it into small pieces. Mix a dressing with the other ingredients and arrange on a plate with the salad, sprinkle with the sesame seeds. The seeds can also be roasted in a pan beforehand. Then tastes slightly nutty!
