Ingredients

  • 250 g cauliflower
  • 150 g minced meat, (minced beef)
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock, (instant powder)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1 pinch (s) sea salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Boil the cauliflower florets in salted water, drain and drain.
  2. Dice the onion, sauté in butter until translucent. Add ground beef and fry. Crush the clove of garlic, cut the tomatoes into cubes, stir in both and let cook for 5 - 8 minutes. Add all the spices and bring to the boil again briefly.
  3. Pour over the cauliflower and serve.
