1 small cauliflower
400 g broccoli
200 g carrot (s)
200 g ham, cooked

Cut off the small florets from the cauliflower and broccoli. Cut the stalk crosswise at the bottom of the larger ones. Dice the carrots and the ham.
Bring salted water to a boil in a large saucepan. Cook cauliflower, carrots and broccoli one after the other until al dente and rinse in cold water.
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour and sweat lightly. Pour in the cream and milk slowly, stirring constantly. Let simmer for 3-4 minutes. Add the grated cheese for the last 2 minutes and season with the spices.
Put the vegetables in a greased casserole dish, pour the ham on top and pour the cheese sauce over them.
Baked in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes until crispy.
