Instructions
- Cover the grains with water, add a splash of lemon juice and soak in the refrigerator overnight.
- In the morning, pour off the remaining water (if there is any).
- Mix the yoghurt with the nuts and the soaked crushed grain.
- Cut the fruit into small pieces, stir into the yoghurt mixture with the honey and enjoy.
- Tip: Mix in the raisins if you like
