Instructions

  1. Cover the grains with water, add a splash of lemon juice and soak in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. In the morning, pour off the remaining water (if there is any).
  3. Mix the yoghurt with the nuts and the soaked crushed grain.
  4. Cut the fruit into small pieces, stir into the yoghurt mixture with the honey and enjoy.
  5. Tip: Mix in the raisins if you like
