Ingredients

  • 1 glass cherry (s), (pitted) 720 ml
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon amaretto
  • 100 g jelly, cherry
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 150 ml buttermilk
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 40 g suar
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 4 biscuit (s), (Cigarette Russe rolls)

Instructions

  1. Drain the cherries and then bring to the boil with lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of water in a small saucepan, cover and simmer for 3 minutes, then stir in the cherry jelly and amaretto.
  2. Mix the sour cream with the buttermilk, vanilla sugar and sugar until a creamy mixture is formed, now whip the cream until stiff and fold in.
  3. Now always pour 2 tablespoons of cream and 2 tablespoons of cherry mixture into each of the glasses.
  4. To decorate the top white layer, add 1 teaspoon of the cherry compote and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. Place the rolls on top and serve cool.
