Ceviche with Tuna and Watermelon

An unusually tasty, refined, and original appetizer is presented to your attention. If you’re looking for something really fun and easy, learn how to make tuna and watermelon ceviche.

Ingredients

  • Tuna Steak 2 Pieces
  • Orange 2 Pieces
  • Lemon or lime 5 Pieces
  • 1/2 Red onion
  • Watermelon 3-4 Slices
  • Green chili 1 Piece
  • Honey 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt, pepper, herbs To taste

Directions

  1. Peel and chop the onion.
  2. Chop hot peppers into small pieces. The seeds can be removed to reduce the pungency.
  3. Add some green onions and basil as desired.
  4. Cut the flesh of the watermelon into small cubes, removing the seeds, and the tuna steaks.
  5. Salt, pepper, add honey, squeeze the juice from oranges and lemons. Leave the tuna and watermelon ceviche to marinate for 2-3 hours.
