Ingredients
- 200 ml water
- 5 bags tea (chai tea)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ ginger, chopped
- 2 pinches lemongrass paste
- 75 grams sugar
- 250 ml cream
- 200 ml vodka

- Bring the water to the boil, pour it over the tea and ginger. Let everything stand for 5 minutes, then dissolve the sugar in it and add the lemongrass paste. Let everything cool down and then pour through a sieve. Add the cream and vodka and whip for a few minutes with the hand blender. Then fill into a bottle.
