- 110 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 packet baking powder
- 200 g mararine
- 4 egg (s)

- Mix the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and margarine together. Mix in the flour and baking powder. Peel the apples, chop them into pieces and fold them into the batter. Spread the dough on the baking sheet (lined with parchment paper), tablespoon at a time.
- Sprinkle each biscuit with cinnamon as you like and bake at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for about 15-20 minutes (depending on the size of the biscuits) until the biscuits are golden brown.
