Cheese Balls with Red Fish

Very tasty and simple! Just in time for the festive table! A wonderful snack to be eaten first! Cheese balls with red fish are a delicacy snack. Be sure to try it, the recipe is great! Something like a salad “Mimosa”.
Ingredients
- Red fish (salted), fillet – 120-150 g
- Hard cheese – 150 g
- Cream cheese – 60 g
- Small red onion – 1 pc.
- Eggs (boiled) – 2 pcs.
Directions
- Rub hard cheese and egg white on a fine grater.
- Cut the red fish into small cubes. Today I have a piece of trout, which we salted at home especially before the holiday.
- We try to cut the onion into very small cubes.
- Putting everything together in one cup. Mix well and you’re done. (If you don’t have cream cheese, replace it with a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise.)
- With our hands (with gloves) we form cheese balls with red fish. I got 16 “cakes”. Sprinkle the appetizer on top with yolk grated on a fine grater.
