Ingredients

  • 600 g minced meat, (round beef), fine
  • 100 g cheddar cheese
  • 100 ml milk
  • 8 slices processed cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 4 rolls, burger
  • leaf lettuce
  • Chili sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • Pickled cucumber
  • onion (s)
  • tomato

Instructions

  1. Chop up the cheddar and processed cheese, place in a bowl with mayo, chilli sauce (or 1 tablespoon) and milk (microwave-safe). Put the whole thing in the microwave. Always heat briefly and stir. When the sauce is ready, put it in the fridge for a moment. Wash the lettuce leaves and cut into short strips.
  2. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and form into four small patties. Either fry these in the pan until cooked or on the grill. After turning, place a slice of processed cheese on top and let it melt.
  3. Cut the burger buns open (if you grill, you can put the buns on top), coat the lower half with the cheese sauce and spread the salad on top. Put the meat on top. Top with onion slices, tomatoes or cucumber as desired.
  4. Also tastes cold.
