Cheese Cakes in 15 Minutes

Very simple and delicious quick baked goods. These cakes are perfect as a hearty breakfast or as an alternative to bread for first courses. Take note of the recipe!

Ingredients
- Cheese – 150 Grams
- Flour – 2 Glasses
- Kefir – 1 Glass (or fermented baked milk)
- Salt – 0.5 Teaspoons
- Sugar – 0.5 Teaspoons
- Soda – 0.5 Teaspoons
- Vegetable oil – To taste (for frying)
Directions
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Combine kefir, salt, sugar and soda in a deep bowl. Stir and let sit for 5 minutes. Then add a glass of flour.
- And grated cheese. It is possible on a small one, on a large one, as you like.
- Stir. Add the remaining flour and knead a soft and elastic dough.
- Divide the dough into 5 pieces.
- Roll out a flat cake from each part.
- Fry the cakes one by one in a skillet with a little vegetable oil under a lid over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
