Cheese Cakes in 5 minutes

These cakes are like a lifesaver for all occasions, with or without any filling.
Ingredients
- Kefir – 1 stack.
- Salt – 0.5 teaspoon.
- Sugar – 0.5 teaspoon.
- Soda – 0.5 teaspoon.
- Hard cheese (grated) – 1 stack.
- Ham (or sausage, or grated sausages) – 1 stack.
- Wheat flour / Flour – 2 stack.
Directions
- Add salt, sugar, soda to kefir, mix well.
- Add hard cheese and flour. Mix well.
- Divide the resulting dough into koloboks, roll out a small cake (you can fry like this), but the filling (I have ham). You can put a different kind of cheese, also very tasty. Here is your imagination! Connect the edges and roll out a little.
- Fry in a preheated frying pan in refined oil on 2 sides over medium heat, covered with a lid.
