Ingredients
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 250 ml whipped cream or Cremefine
- 100 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 100 g milk chocolate
- 150 g shortbread biscuit (s) or oreo biscuits
- 75 g butter or mararine
- possibly milk
- Tangerine (s) from a can

- Crumble the biscuits, heat the butter or margarine and mix the biscuit crumbs with the liquid fat.
- Divide the mixture into 6 glasses, press lightly on the bottom and place in a cool place.
- Mix the quark, sugar and vanilla sugar together, whip 200 ml cream until stiff and fold into the mixture. If the cream is too firm for you, gradually add a little milk until the desired consistency is achieved. If you want, you can fold in a few mandarins here. But drain very well and pat dry so that the cream does not become watery later.
- It is best to fill the mixture with a piping bag and smooth it out with a spoon.
- Melt the chocolate and the rest of the cream (50 ml) in a water bath until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Let the desserts cool in the refrigerator so that the ganache solidifies again and decorate as desired.
