Ingredients

  • 150 g bacon, (smoked pork belly)
  • g 1,000 potato (s), small, cooked
  • 2 large onions
  • 200 g cheese, rated (Emmentaler)
  • parsley
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • Oil, for the pan

Instructions

  1. Cut the bacon into fine strips, peel the onion and cut into rings, peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices, wash the parsley, pluck the stems and finely chop.
  2. Heat some oil in the pan, fry the bacon in it, add the potatoes and onion rings, roast vigorously, season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
  3. Put in a heat-proof dish, sprinkle with the cheese and grill in the oven until the cheese has melted and is golden in color.
  4. Sprinkle with the parsley before serving.
