Ingredients

  • 150 g butter
  • 60 g parmesan, rated
  • 120 g cheese, rated
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 100 ml cream
  • 250 g flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • poppy seeds
  • some sesame
  • some salt, coarse
  • 1 egg yolk
  • some cream

Instructions

  1. Make a kneading dough from butter, cheese, salt, paprika, egg yolk, cream, flour and baking powder. If the dough is too soft, just knead in a little more flour. Whisk the rest of the egg yolk with a little cream.
  2. Roll out the dough, cut out cookies. Brush thinly with the egg cream. Sprinkle the cookies with coarse salt, poppy seeds and sesame seeds.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C. The cheese biscuits are ready when they are golden brown.
