Cheese Rolls with Carrots

Cheese rolls with carrots are an excellent appetizer for a festive table, which can be easily prepared in 10-15 minutes!

Ingredients

  • Toast cheese (in plates) – 5 pcs.
  • Large carrots – 1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Green onion – 5 feathers
  • Lettuce leaves – 2 pcs.
  • Parsley (optional) – 5 g
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. We will prepare all the products for making a snack from cheese and carrots. You can take toast cheese, you can take any hard cheese in plates.
  2. Grate carrots on a fine or medium grater.
  3. Add garlic passed through a press to the carrots.
  4. Season carrots with garlic with mayonnaise.
  5. Salt the filling for the cheese rolls. At this stage, you can add finely chopped parsley (I did not add). Mix the filling well
  6. Now we will make rolls. Put a green onion feather on a cutting board, put a plate of cheese on top of it, as shown in the photo.
  7. Put 1 teaspoon on the cheese. fillings.
  8. We twist the roll in a way convenient for you – either we twist the tube, starting from one edge, or we connect both edges of the cheese at the top. I did it according to the first option. With the help of an onion feather, fix the cheese roll. We repeat this process with the remaining ingredients.
  9. Put the finished cheese rolls with carrots on a dish covered with green salad leaves and serve. Fast, tasty, beautiful!
