- 200 g cheese (Emmentaler)
- 2 chicory
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pear (s)

- Dice the cheese. Cut the chicory into fine strips. Peel, core and dice the pear. Put everything in a bowl. Mix the oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix with the salad.
