Ingredients
- 500 g tortellini, filled with cheese
- 2 red pepper (s)
- 50 g almond sticks
- 100 g rocket
- 4 tablespoon oil (walnut oil)
- 2 tablespoon oil (sunflower oil)
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

- Wash the rocket. Cook the tortellini according to the instructions on the packet. Roast the almond sticks in a pan without fat (be careful, they get too dark quickly). Clean the peppers and cut into thin strips (preferably nice sweet peppers). In the meantime, let the tortellini cool down. Put everything in a large bowl.
- Stir the dressing from walnut oil, sunflower oil and balsamic vinegar and mix with the salad!
- Both with salad and dressing you can change the quantities according to your own taste. You can also use lamb`s lettuce instead of rocket.
