Cheeseburger Without Meat, Puff Pastry

For cheese lovers, I suggest the simplest recipe for a cheeseburger without meat. This sandwich has a very rich flavor thanks to the cream and blue cheese sauce. I suggest making a burger bun with puff pastry.

Ingredients

  • Yeast-free puff pastry – 75 g
  • Hard cheese – 1 slice
  • Tomato – 1 circle
  • Cream 10% – 1 tbsp
  • Blue cheese – 25 g

How to make a meatless cheeseburger:

Directions

  1. Finely chop the blue cheese.
  2. Pour the cream into a dry frying pan or saucepan, add blue cheese. Heat, stirring thoroughly, for 1-2 minutes, until all the cheese is dissolved.
  3. Using a cup, cut out a circle with a diameter of 8 cm from the puff pastry. Cover the baking sheet with parchment and put the dough on it. Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove the finished burger bun from the oven.
  5. Cut the bun in half, grease both parts with creamy cheese sauce.
  6. Place a circle of tomato on the bottom of the bun.
  7. On a tomato – a slice of hard cheese.
  8. Cover the cheese and tomato sandwich with the top of the puff pastry bun. The meatless cheeseburger is ready.
