Ingredients

  • 125 g mararine
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 400 g suar
  • 800 g yourt, Turkish with 10% fat (Süzme yourt)
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 200 g semolina
  • 1 lemon (s), grated zest and juice

Instructions

  1. Beat the margarine with eggs and sugar until frothy, then add all the other ingredients and stir everything well.
  2. Fill the dough into a greased springform pan and bake in the oven at 175 degrees for about 1 hour. Make a stick test and bake for another 10 minutes if necessary.
  3. This cake is very fresh and light.
