Cheesecake with Lime

I bring to your attention a very simple and delicious cheesecake recipe.

Ingredients

  • biscuit base for cake (shortbread ready!) 175 g

Cheese mass:

  • sour cream 200 g
  • cottage cheese 682 g
  • sugar 136 g
  • dry ginger 7 g
  • eggs 205 g
  • flour 20 g
  • starch 34 g
  • lime 2 pcs.

Meringue:

  • sugar 100 g
  • protein 100 g

Directions

  1. Beat the sour cream with cottage cheese, gradually add sugar and ginger, then add an egg and at the end add sifted flour with starch (as well as zest and lime juice).
  2. Put the baked sand base with a diameter of 22 cm and a height of 0.5 cm in a mold.
  3. Put the cheese mass on it and bake in a water bath at 180 ° C for 80 minutes.
  4. Then cool the cake and apply whipped egg white with sugar to its surface.
  5. Put in the oven again for 2-3 minutes at 270 ° C.
