Cheesecake with Peanut Butter

Cream cheese pie with peanut butter is a delicious dessert that will please both adults and children.
Ingredients
- Oatmeal flakes – 0.5 cups
- Flour – 0.5 cups
- Brown sugar – 0.25 cups
- Butter – 50 g
- Cream cheese – 450 g
- Peanut butter (creamy) – 0.75 cups
- Sugar – 1/3 cup
- Eggs – 3 pcs.
- Skim milk – 0.5 cups
- Vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil – for lubrication

For decoration:
- Chocolate – 50 g
- Skim milk – 3 tbsp
- Peanuts – 3 tbsp
Directions
- Melt the butter. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a baking dish with dimensions 33×22 cm.
- Grind oatmeal with a blender. In a bowl, combine ground cereal, flour, brown sugar, and melted butter.
- Put the resulting dough into a mold, flatten.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, peanut butter, and white sugar. Beat until smooth, add eggs, milk, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the mixture onto the cake. Bake for 25 minutes. Refrigerate. Cover and set aside for 4-24 hours.
- To decorate in a small gravy boat, break the chocolate, melt it over low heat. Remove from heat, pour in the milk.
- Pour the melted chocolate into the cornet, draw strips on the cheesecake. Sprinkle with peanuts. Cheesecake with peanut butter is ready.
