Cheesecakes in a new Way

Ingredients
- Hard cheese – 150 g
- Processed cheese – 200 g
- Sour cream – 200 g
- Chicken egg – 2 pcs.
- Wheat flour – 3 tablespoon.
- Corn – 50-100 g
- Smoked meat – 100-150 g
- Greens – 10 g
- Vegetable oil – 50-100 ml
- Baking powder for dough – 1 teaspoon.
- Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper – 1 pinch
Directions
- Cut the loaf into cubes. Open the corn, drain the liquid, mix with the meat. Grate the melted cheese on a coarse grater. It will add tenderness to cheesecakes. Grate hard cheese also on a coarse grater. It will melt and make the syrniki homogeneous. Add sour cream.
- Drive in eggs. Add flour and baking powder. Add spices and herbs. Mix everything thoroughly. Heat butter in a frying pan and spoon with cheese cakes. Fry covered until golden brown for 3-5 minutes. Turn over to the other side and also fry under the lid until golden brown for a couple of minutes. These are the ruddy cheese pancakes.
