Instructions

  1. The amount is sufficient for a sheet of approx. 26 x 35 cm
  2. Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy.
  3. Add the oil, sour cream and kirsch, stir in well.
  4. Briefly mix in the flour and baking powder and then fold in the cherries.
  5. Place the dough on the baking tray and bake at 170 ° for about 25 to 30 minutes. (Chopstick sample)
  6. Dust the cake with powdered sugar, cover with icing sugar or chocolate, serve with whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream.
  7. You can also use other fruits or berries, but then I would leave out the cherry and use lemon juice or vanilla instead.
