Cherry Tartlets

Recipe for easy-to-prepare sweet cherry tartlets. Be sure to try this incredibly delicious dessert.

Ingredients

  • Flour – 400 g
  • Butter – 200 g
  • Ground ginger – 1.5 teaspoon
  • Water (ice cold) – 100 g
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp

  • For filling:
  • Cherry (cherry) pitted – 800 g
  • Sugar – 50 g
  • Corn starch – 4 teaspoon
  • Egg – 1 pc.

Directions

  1. Add ginger powder to flour.
  2. Add the diced cold butter.
  3. Make crumb, add vegetable oil.
  4. Pour in ice water.
  5. Form a ball, put in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  6. Add cornstarch to the cherries, stir.
  7. Divide the dough into 12 parts.
  8. Roll the ball into the layer.
  9. Put 4-6 teaspoons of cherries. Fold the edges of the dough.
  10. Sprinkle with sugar.
  11. Place six tartlets with cherries on a baking sheet with parchment. Brush with beaten egg (yolk).
  12. Bake at 200 ° C for 30-35 minutes. Tartlets may drip, but taste will not be affected if the baking time is correct.
  13. Rustic style cherry tartlets are best served with natural milk or tea.
