Ingredients
- 200 g wholemeal spelled flour
- 150 g spelled flour type 630
- 50 g chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon, leveled salt
- 1 pack dry yeast
- 0.5 ½ pack sourdough extract
- 250 ml water
- Bread spice mix to taste

- Mix the chia seeds with a little water and let it swell briefly, then mix all the ingredients and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Pour into a loaf pan, place in the oven preheated to 220 degrees and bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the heat to 180 degrees and bake the bread for another 45 minutes.
