Chicken Balls in a Creamy Sauce

The recipe for this dish uses just six simple ingredients. This miracle is being prepared for 15-20 minutes. Delicate chicken fillet with a fragrant creamy sauce will make you full and happy with ease!

Servings: 2-3

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 500 grams
  • Cream – 200 Milliliters
  • Egg – 1 Piece
  • Garlic – 3 Cloves
  • Hard cheese – 150 Grams
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Salt – To taste

Directions

  1. Lightly beat the chicken fillet and chop finely.
  2. Transfer the fillet to a deep plate, add the egg, salt, pepper and finely chopped onion.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Grease a baking dish with cream. Form small balls of meat and place them a short distance apart.
  5. We bake the balls in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, 15 minutes.
  6. While the balls are baking, prepare the sauce. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Then mix with the cream and squeeze the garlic into it.
  7. Remove the mold from the oven, pour the cream sauce over the balls and place in the oven for another 15 minutes. Done!
