Chicken Biryani

Cooking chicken biryani is a laborious process, but once you taste this delicious dish of chicken, spices and rice, you will understand that the effort is worth it!

Ingredients

  • Chicken – 1 Kilogram
  • Lemon juice – 1.5 Teaspoons
  • Turmeric – 1 Teaspoon
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Ginger – 2-3 Slices
  • Garlic – 6 Cloves
  • Green Chili – 4 Pieces
  • Tomato – 2 Pieces
  • Sour cream – 2 Art. spoons
  • Salt, pepper – To taste
  • Mint – 1 Bunch

Directions

  1. Marinate chicken in lemon juice and turmeric. Fry the meat in a skillet until tender.
  2. Saute the thinly chopped onion, chopped garlic, chili, and ginger until soft.
  3. Add the chopped tomato to the onion.
  4. Add sour cream to the onion mixture and stir. Simmer everything for one minute.
  5. Add chopped mint.
  6. Place the chicken in a skillet with onions and simmer in the sauce for a couple of minutes.
  7. Serve the meat with rice, garnish with mint leaves.
