Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 200 grams bacon
  • 2 slices cooked ham
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 1 glass mushrooms, alternatively fresh
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 250 ml hollandaise sauce
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Cut the peppers and onions into small cubes and set aside.
  2. Cut each chicken breast lengthways in the middle almost to the edge and unfold. Season with the spices and put the boiled ham in it. Then close the meat and wrap it with bacon.
  3. Fry well in sufficient fat and place in a baking dish. Now fry the vegetables in the same fat and season a little with salt and pepper. Also distribute the fried vegetables in the baking dish. Now mix the hollandaise sauce with the crème fraîche in a pan. Add some cream. Then season well.
  4. Pour the sauce over the meat and vegetables in the baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese. Place in the oven at 180 ° C for 20 to 25 minutes.
