Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast fillet (s), whole
  • 100 g sheep cheese
  • Herbs, Italian, (frozen)
  • salt and pepper
  • 400 g spaetzle, (preferably fresh from the coolin shelf)
  • some butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Paprika powder
  • Spice mixture (grill spice)

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken breast and pat dry. Unfold and sprinkle with the herbs. Cut the sheep`s cheese into slices and fill with them. Fold the chicken breast and close it with beef pegs, kitchen twine or toothpicks. Season the outside with salt, pepper, paprika and grill spices. Put the olive oil in a pan and fry all over. (Approx. 30-45 minutes). Melt the butter in a separate pan and briefly heat the spaetzle in it. Season with a little salt or flavor.
  2. For a low-fat diet, you can also use rice instead of the spaetzle, or just briefly heat the spaetzle in salted water. For some time now there has also been reduced-calorie sheep`s cheese or you can leave out the sheep`s cheese altogether.
