Rinse the chicken breast fillets with lukewarm water and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper and fry for approx. 1 minute on each side. Place the fillets in a baking dish, peel and chop the garlic and distribute in the baking dish.
Clean and slice the tomatoes, also cut the mozzarella into slices. Then distribute this tile-like on the fillet pieces and season again with salt and pepper.
Then bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20-30 minutes. Potatoes, rice and potato croquettes are suitable as a side dish.
