Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast or chicken schnitzel
  • 1 thick onion (s)
  • 5 cm ginger
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 2 chilli pepper (s)
  • 250 ml buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped sugar or honey
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken breast or schnitzel briefly and pat dry, set aside. Peel the onion and ginger, wash the bell peppers and chili peppers, remove the stems and core them.
  2. Now put all the ingredients, except for the chicken breast, in a blender and puree them finely, season with salt, pepper and garlic.
  3. Now put the chicken breast in a can, pour the marinade over it and seal it airtight with a lid. It is best to let everything steep overnight.
  4. Take the meat out of the tin, let it drain briefly and place it on the grill.
