Chicken Croissant Sandwich

Don’t have time for a long breakfast? Do you want something delicious for breakfast? Then try the croissant with chicken and vegetables. This is a great sandwich to fill your stomach until lunchtime.

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Croissant – 3 pcs.
  • Chicken fillet – 150 g
  • Tomato – 0.5 pcs.
  • Cheese or mozzarella cheese
  • Lettuce
  • Mayonnaise or any other sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Spices to taste
  • Vegetable oil

How to make a chicken sandwich:

Directions

  1. Cut the croissants in half.
  2. Cut the chicken fillet into large long pieces.
  3. Use the flat side of a hammer to lightly beat off the chicken.
  4. Sprinkle with spices and grease with vegetable oil.
  5. Fry the chicken on both sides in a slightly preheated dry frying pan – it will take literally 5 minutes.
  6. Cut the cheese into slices.
  7. Cut the tomatoes into thin semicircles.
  8. Lubricate the croissant with mayonnaise.
  9. We spread lettuce leaves, chicken fillet, tomatoes, and cheese.
  10. Cover with the other half.
