Chicken Fillet Fried with Broccoli, Bell Peppers and Mushrooms

A quick and healthy dinner option. You just need to chop the chicken fillet, vegetables and mushrooms, put everything in a pan, and then sprinkle with grated cheese. Juicy chicken, tender broccoli, aromatic peppers and melted cheese are delicious!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 200 g
  • Broccoli – 100 g
  • Bulgarian red pepper – 120 g (0.5 pcs.)
  • Champignons – 100 g
  • Onions – 80 g (1 pc.)
  • Hard cheese – 60 g
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp

Directions

  1. Prepare all the necessary foods according to the list. Peel the onion and remove the seeds and stalks from the pepper. Wash onions, bell peppers and broccoli. Champignons can not be washed, but wiped with damp kitchen napkins.
  2. Peel and grate the garlic or pass through a press. Cut the onion into quarters or large pieces.
  3. Cut the bell pepper into small pieces.
  4. Disassemble the broccoli into small inflorescences.
  5. Cut the champignons into medium slices.
  6. Cut the chicken fillet into medium-sized pieces.
  7. Heat some oil in a frying pan and add onions, garlic, bell peppers, broccoli and mushrooms. Fry, stirring occasionally, for 4-5 minutes.
  8. Then add the chicken to the pan and stir.
  9. Fry the contents of the pan for 3-4 minutes, add salt and ground pepper. Then reduce the heat to the very minimum, cover the pan with a lid and leave for 15 minutes, until the chicken is cooked.
  10. Grate hard cheese on a medium grater. Sprinkle cheese over chicken, vegetables and mushrooms, cover the pan and turn off the heat.
  11. After 5-7 minutes, the cheese will melt – and the dish will be ready.
  12. Chicken fillet fried with broccoli, bell pepper and mushrooms, you’re done!
